Interview
I applied in store on one of the computers. I was called shortly after to participate in a group interview. Make sure to look the part when you interview (I dressed cute but in Hollister apparel). The interview was very relaxed, there were about 4 of us and we interviewed in a seating area in the mall. We all took turns answering simple questions like "why do you want to work for Hollister?" or "What makes you a good fit for Hollister?" I was called the next day and got offered the job!
Very easy interview process, the company is looking for trustworthy individuals who just want to have fun and are hard working. Managers are out going and know how to get you out of your shell

They care about how you look the most. Make sure to show up looking fresh faced like a California girl. Don't wear too much makeup, that is also a rule.
