Interview started with a phone screen and quickly moved to a phone interview with the hiring manager. However, process was stopped due to the position being placed on hold. After five months, the position was reopened but now involved an online talent assessment. Although I was assured the results of the talent assessment in no way would impact the continuation of the review process, within 2 hours of its completion, I received an automated email stating they were no longer going to pursue me as a candidate. I.E. they lied.
