I was contacted by a talent acquisition employee of Hologic and was told to apply for a position within the company. I interviewed with 4 people, each about 20 minutes, all of which varied on their interview strategies. Some just wanted to get to know me and we talked about anything not work related and others asked the usual questions to see if I was qualified for the position. I was extremely comfortable the entire time and did not feel intimidated by any of the questions.
