I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Holy Cow (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was good. They showcase a culture of learning and fun. It was an easy interview. They walk you around to all employees to let them talk with you.
Misleading. Refused to provide a contract prior to accepting the position. The interview was conducted via phone and then in person. He was more concerned about showing off his (non-impressive) new work space and figuring out where I would sit than he was at determining that my role would be a possible and successful one within the company. My role ended up being about ten different job titles in one, and not in a fun hands-on small work space environment, but more so a slave-labor kind of way. Non-competitive salary.
