Very chill I went to an open interview basically asked why i wanted to work on the unit why i was interested in the pt population i was. They seemed to be very open to hiring.

the interview process was relaxed and the staff (manager, educator, and charge nurse) were very friendly. They asked about my work experience and how I would handle situations in within the department.
