Walk in wednesday is a great way to get face to face with HR for a preliminary interview. After that the interview process for the position was very straight forward.

What hours I wanted to work, what I could offer as a team member, what prior experieces have prepared me for the job at hand.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Holyoke Medical Center
Interview
Got a call from the unit manager to set up the interview. Once in the interview it was with the nurse manager and nurse educator. It took about an hour long and was asked behavioral questions and what would you do scenarios. Was told I would hear back within a week or so. HR called to offer the position within a week.
