I applied for the job online, I was then invited to a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager at the local job centre as the store was yet to open. The process took about 2 weeks.

Applied online, and received an email a few days later asking to book an interview slot for the next week. The interviewer was lovely and it was a casual chat about experience, my interests/hobbies outside of work, what I knew about the store and retail. I was asked about any holidays and if I had the right to work, and which documents I had. I was called about an hour later confirming I'd got the job. Really lovely people and a nice environment, really great communication too with the manager getting in touch to ask how I'm getting on with submitting documents and onboarding. Definitely recommend!
