Once you're shortlisted they will set up an online interview and the assistant manager will interview you and if you get selected there the manager would interview you and hire you.

It was pretty basic, they had two rounds and asked me what I was doing. They just wanted to see if I'll be good with customers.

The interviewer seemed to rely heavily on a script, checking off questions with little engagement. There were also some communication difficulties in English, which made the interview process harder to follow.

Less than 10 minutes, asked questions along the lines of what do you know about home depot, how would you deal with a customer that asks for an item we don't carry, your desired salary, how to deal with difficult customers. Thats from what I can remember
