This company has an arduous three-step interview process. This makes it very difficult if you're already employed. One of the interviews took 2 hours. This is far too long and the question they ask for far too personal. Being honest at these very personal questions is not recommended. The interview process is also painfully slow so slow that you're under the impression you were not selected. While I don't remember exact questions, they were so personal and it made me wonder why all of this needed to be known to hire me? The other interviews were pretty basic, and ask the usual questions. It was not hard to see that the book stopped once the personal questions started being asked. Being honest during this last interview with all the personal questions isn't recommended.
