Home & Health Care Management interview questions

Call in and discussed prior job duties, experience, this job and benefits. Had another call with owner, director and social service manager. Then went and met director to discuss training. Limited training.

This was a very brief panel (3 people-nurse director, human resource, scheduler) interview. They were very welcoming and fun to talk to. Mostly asking about availability and experience. It was a pleasant experience. I got an offer the next day. However, could only start working in 2 weeks due to background check and new grad documentation being processed through the board.
