I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Home24 (Berlin) in Jun 2015
Interview
We had several (at least 5) rounds of interviewing to which I was actually never asked a technical question in detail but was asked things like: "tell me something about yourself" (by 5 people out of which 1 doubled), "I will tell you something about us" (4 times), "why you wanna move to Berlin" (3 people), "why you wanna work for home24" (3 people).
The technical experience and expertise was evaluated by the conversation I had with Yan and an Android task that I solved in the period given. Even though I had the feeling that I did good with the technical task and all went smooth and good, at the end they told me that the whole process that I was involved for 2.5 months was for nothing because they don't have a Senior Android position in Home24.
