Easy, simple, couple questions about strengths/weaknesses, and about the company. The manager was nice, but it took a while to get an interview I called back many times about my application to get in touch with the hiring manager
It was very peronsable. Really wanted to make sure the people working there really care about the product and customers. I felt like they wanted to build a community so really talking about your passion for continuing your career with them as they have so many jobs that you can make your way up.

Interview
Interview process was very short. Igot called in for an Interview twi days after I submitted the application. I Spent roughly 15 minutes with the hiring manager. It took them 3 weeks to run a background check, and get thier orientation started.
Very simple , straight to the point. Homegoods wants you to make sure the store is clean and up to part. Make sure you know each aisle for the customers
