Interview
Turn in application, call to check on application, get interview, be told you are not old enough. This was frustrating since my birthday and age were clearly on the application. I also asked how old you had to be to work at HomeGoods when I picked up the application and was told 16. I told them I was 15 but turning 16 by the end of the month and they said to apply - this came from a store manager.
The interview process at HomeGoods was straightforward. I met with the store manager, discussed my work experience and availability, and received clear information about the role and expectations. I was hired the next day.

Question 1
I was asked about my retail experience and customer service experience.
Applied online and then had an in person interview that lasted 15 minutes at most, asked about 5 questions where I had to explain what I would do in that specific situation.

Fue agradable y rápida. No esperé mucho tiempo para iniciar. Pasamos a un salón y allí me hicieron las preguntas. La persona que me atendió fue bastante amable. Entrevista en inglés.
