I had applied for an ASM position and was called very quickly back to schedule an interview. When I called back for an interview it then turned to a over the phone interview. About 1 week later I had a face to face interview. After that interview I played the waiting game. They took forever to call me back for my third. When I got the call for the third I thought I had not passed the 2nd part so I didn't bother calling back. Then the 3rd interview was a panel interview 5 yes 5 people, felt like I was applying for a district manager position. They asked every question you could think of and those you would not except to ask. Then again I played the waiting game almost 3 weeks later I decided to make a call and that's when they told me I did not get the job and they where going to call me. Very unprofessional and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I understand not being selected but they kept me waiting since my 2nd interview and with the third interview being so in depth of an interview I would have thought the company would have at least called me(the manager said she would be in touch, obviously my time was not important to them) I was told by the manager they where waiting for a background check and that's why I hadn't been called back yet so I was their backup plan? What doesn't make sense about that is the background check was done after my first in person interview so obviously it was a lie. After looking at the reviews it's a blessing in disguise I did not get the offer.
