Great process overall i enjoyed the interview. The people were very friendly and funny, Will def be apart of this company for a long time. I start next week hopefully it goes well.

Interview
I had a back to back interview and the company. The questions were very basic and as long as you have a solid personality and show enthusiasm, they will most likely hire you. The second interview was more going over the role, and basically people can chose one of two paths: door to door or inside sales. When I told them I have much more experience in inside sales, the mood changed and they seemed like they wanted to wrap up the interview. I was told I'd get a call back within a week on whether I was would be taken on or not, but I received nothing. It just seemed unprofessional to me because they didn't give me the courtesy or timeline of following up as they said.
