We chatted informally at the office in New York City. Had a couple questions talking about databases and data structure. Interviewer was helpful at answering questions and clarifying things and adding details. Felt like a conversation, which was nice :)

All of the designers were met in a large group and asked questions to the higher ups. Then, we listened to other current designers to explain the pros and the cons about their experiences working for Homepolish.

Lengthy and disorganized. I had to follow up with HR multiple times and was never given a formal answer. The in-person interviews were fun, informative, and friendly, but no follow-up from their team was ever given.
