Company places ads on Monster and Craigslist. Response is by email with a letter stating why you want to work at the position and at the company. I received a phone call suggesting a coffee or breakfast meeting which I assumed meant they were interested in seeing if I could manage a meal time situation with a client. After a first meeting there was a second with some technical questions

There is a long list of things we don't share with our managers. In the past can you tell us something you failed to share with your manager that in hindsight you wish you had, and, if you had shared that with your manager, how could an outcome have been changed?
