I tried to schedule an interview with them twice, but unfortunately, I did not get the chance.
The first time I applied, they sent me a questionnaire containing 11 questions, I sent them back my answers, but they did not contact me. I called them a few times to see what had happened and the receptionist always took my messages, saying one of his colleagues from the HR Department would contact me. Unfortunately, no one did.
The second time I applied, they called me and after apologising for what had happened the last time I got in touch with them, we scheduled an online interview (I do not live in Valencia). Surprisingly, no one called me for the interview. After waiting for a few minutes, I called them to see what had happened, the receptionist took my message and 5 minutes later, the girl I was supposed to have the interview with called me. She apologised, saying something personal had come up and she told me she would send me an email to reschedule the interview. She never sent me the email and a week later, I decided to call them again - the receptionist took my message and told me she did not know anything about my interview and that her colleague would call me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, she never did.
All in all, I do not know what to think about this company. At first, they seemed very professional (starting with their website, the job description, the questionnaire they sent me the first time, the information I found about them on the Internet), that is why I wanted to have an interview with them. My opinion is that every company has the right to choose its candidates and it is not a problem to say no to someone, because the interview is just one of the first steps of the recruiting process, it does not mean you get the job. But if a candidate tries to get in touch with you or if you have an interview scheduled, the least you can do is be very honest and professional and let that person know that something has changed. Honesty and professionalism are extremely important in a recruiting process, whether you are a candidate or an employer!
