I got invited for trial shift and it for rather unpleasant. I have been doing trais before and this one was one of the worst. I have been given different information about rules by different people. How was I supposed to know then what to do? Completely disorganised.

I was asked common interview questions then I shadowed a worker, I was able to look around the restaurant as well and served some tables. It was around an hour 12pm-1pm.

We were asked to take part in a short team building exercise and then had separate interviews.
We were asked to build a bridge out of spaghetti sponges and marshmallows, it was fun.
