I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Interview process was pretty standard. Interviewed with the operations manager, HR, and the lead supervisor. They asked me the standard 5 questions you get in every interview, and also some regarding my past leadership experiences. I told them the dollar amount that I needed to take the job, and they would not budge one red cent. They offered me substantially less than average to be a 3rd shift supervisor in charge of over 45 people.

Question 1
What is your background?
How many years of experience do you have?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2019
Interview
The questions themselves weren’t too bad, but the way they conduct their interview needs some revision. I sat in front of 4 different Sr. Operations managers in groups of 2 for an hour (each panel). The entire interview, there was very little eye contact. They spent the entire time trying to capture my every word to each asked question. It wasn’t personable whatsoever. It felt as if they were simply there to fit quota.
