Interview
Not much to it for a contractor position. Had a phone interview with hiring manager and director, lasted approximately 45 min. Was offered the position same day. Their main concern was the ability to work with staff that was outsourced in India and having the availability to cover shifts as needed with outsourced staff to maintain 24 hour support.

Nothing too difficult, majority of questions were about previous skills/positions and ability to communicate with outsourced staff.
They ask about Puzzle sql questions and guess estimate then main rolw is of communication they also ask mean median mode very difficult to tell all this all is the process to tell

Interview
If you want to waste your time you can attend interviews here. They call you for interviews and after you have cleared all the rounds they ghost you just before HR discussion. After repeated follow up they tell you they have selected another candidate and will call you if anything opens up. If you want to test your knowledge and not serious about switching job you can give interviews here otherwise my advice would be please don’t waste your precious time
