I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Paterson, NJ)
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. They moved extremely quickly for the phone screens, and the panel interviews. I & hiring manager exchanged emails several times on updates etc. The process kept dragging however, and lately hiring manager has no update at all. Although my experience through the interviewing process was great, it was lack of communication from their end in the last phase that led the downfall of my experience with them.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
More of a meet and greet. Relaxing on some fronts with softball questions. Had lunch with manager and met future coworkers. Then talked to HR about benefits. Never met with upper management. They flew me in and had everything setup well. Lasted a full day onsite. Took several months for them to set things up after initial contact.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Clearwater, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Honeywell Aerospace did much due diligence prior to the actual interview, which I appreciated very much. There was a phone screening with engineers and then a detailed in-person meeting. This was for a position with security clearance, so I believe they did rather exhaustive background checks beforehand.
