I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell (South Bend, IN) in Jan 2014
Interview
Not detailed, a lot of information is hidden from you, and a picture perfect image of your job description is painted to you. Also, be sure to ask questions about the turn over rate here and what happened to the last person that held your position. Read the body language of whosoever is answering you before accepting any offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Overall it was quite good and pleasant, I felt listened, and my interviewer was very accessible and didn't stress me out with weird questions. After the interview he just invited me to have some coffee and keep chatting.
Applied online and spoke with a HR rep first and then spoke to maintenance mgr from that site. Basic engineering/technical questions were asked. Was asked to attend a site interview and interviewed with leadership team. Situational questions were asked. They said they will notify me quickly even if they decide not to continue with me, but I did not hear from them until after 5 months. Very slow and unresponsive.
