First you get a call from outsourcing company. Then you will have two interviews, with direct manager and above. The first one was in person and the other on was online. Two business days apart and fast feedback

Interview
I interviewed in-person at one of the national conferences. Mostly asked behavioral questions. They did go deep in-to my projects and focus on what technical skills that I worked on it. Interview lasted about 45 minute.

Interview
Not too bad. Mostly behavioral with specific technical questions about my resume. The behavioral questions are all standard ones you can broadly study for. In terms of engineering, this is one of the easier interviews you can pass by. However, it wasn't for their Aerospace division which would have made the interview much more technical.
