There are 2 stages of online interviews:
1) with hiring manager
2) head of department
each stage of interview was around 1 hour. Overall process took with 1 month. The interviews were conducted in such a casual, 2-way conversation manner.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell (Pune) in Nov 2015
Interview
Open & Friendly. Through Skype in my case for 2 hours. HR screening followed by Technical round. Then another round with HR. Discussion with Hiring Manager was done after received the offer.
Whole process took around 7 days to complete and offer was made prompt.
After finalization, you have to undergo drug test conducted in a company affiliated center.
In case of relocation, company provides transport reimbursements & 2 weeks hotel stay.
