I applied for the job online. After about one week, HR contacted me. First I interviewed with HR, and HR manager, and then HR director. Later, I was interviewed with hiring manage. About one month later, they informed me that I was accepted, and then sent me an offer.

Company prefers to start folks as a temp then perm is considered if you make it the first 100 days with no issues. Interview was easy they are first just checking if you are a fit and ok with shift work.
