Several rounds of interviews. Step one is to be interviewed by the two Deputy Executive Managers and senior managers in the same pillar. Then interviewed by the Head of Charities and some other senior management team members. Finally interviewed by the Executive Director. Very strict, and around 3 months for the whole interview process.
