Question 1
Describe how your skills and experience has equipped you to succeed in the new role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hood College
Interview
Very involved interview process for a minimum-wage position. After an initial interview over Zoom, I was invited to campus for two panel interviews back-to-back and then a campus tour. Some members of the panel interview were just faces on a Zoom call, which was strange. Not sure why they just didn't do my first interview, which was over Zoom anyways. They kept asking the same 2 questions over and over again, worded slightly differently.
Everyone who interviewed me kept talking about how there's no work-life balance and how the work is overwhelming and grueling. Some of them were very nice, but others were rude and belittling. One of the worst interviews I've ever been on.

It was a positive experience, i enjoyed chatting with the different members of staff within the athletic department. The hiring was very much an internal process that involved many different members of staff which gave it the family environment appeal.
