After jumping through several hoops of one way interview and on-line assessments, being informed I was a "top candidate" only to be ghosted with no common courtsey of a response or outcome of the final video interview.

In person, in depth. Many stages to the hiring process. Time consuming to get from initial interview to job offer. Respectful during the interview, allowed time to think and did not rush.
