Interview
Met with department manager once after finding an advertisement on Craigslist. Emailed the compnay, got a reply the next day and I went in for an interview the day after. Met with one department manager, took a print reading exam, then I left. There was minimal corresponence between the interview and phone calls, but I always left or hung up the phone knowing everything I needed to know about the job.
