I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hopebridge (Jeffersonville, IN) in Oct 2016
Interview
My initial interview was via phone with corporate. We talked for over an hour about past experience and what made me interested in working for Hopebridge. After the phone interview, an in-person interview was set up. I went in and met the clinic manager and went through an interview with him. It was within the week that I received an offer letter via email to work at Hopebridge.

Question 1
I was asked if I had any knowledge about ABA therapy.
It is a very ideal interview process. Recruiters take you through the steps quickly, but thoughtfully. I can not recommend this company and the process enough. Everyone I talked to was friendly, energetic, and passionate. It made the whole company seem impressive.

Question 1
Describe how your experience would make you a good fit for this position
Initial phone interview, and then an in-person interview and shadow. My interviewer was late, and the receptionist was rude upon arrival. The shadowing portion was interesting. I was invited to ask questions, and the therapist I was shadowing was very informative and helpful
