Straight-forward initial interview with hiring manager who was very nice. Second interview with someone who was not very engaging or friendly. I did not think it went well, but to my surprise they had me go to the final project round where they give little direction for you to come up with a pitch and business plan. I worked so hard on both of these items. I probably spent about 12 hours total researching the company, making the presentations look nice, making sure I was all-knowing and enthusiastic about Hopper. The presentation came and they asked very challenging objective questions, which I can admit, threw me off. I knew this job was a bit above my head, but I wish they had not taken me to the final round before I spent so much time on those presentations, and to never receive a single “thank you,” or “we appreciate you taking the time to learn so much about the company” or “wow this presentation must have taken some time- thank you for the effort you put in.” 2 out of the 3 people on the call we’re not friendly and made me feel like I was wasting my time. Again, I wish they just told me No after the second interview because I have a strong feeling they knew they were always going to tell me No. Time wasted.

Is a long process, after the aplication the first step is an entry call, then a second interview with a couple of leadership team members, if everything goes well the third call is the presentation of a case and then if you pass a call for a Bar Raiser.
