I had two interviews: My first interview was about and hour and half, and I met with three members of the team separately and discussed my goals and interests for the role. My second interview I walked through past reporting / projects I have done. I was then offered the job about a week after!

Pretty efficient two-round interview process, where you are assessed for personality and overall Advertising knowledge. The first round was with two HR/Hiring reps and was pretty easy. Most questions were classic interview questions like, "How do you handle multiple projects with the same due date" and "Name a time you had to overcome a stressful work environment." The second round was with my future managers and the questions were more geared toward technical abilities and past real-world work experiences.

It was great. The HR representative was very nice and super accommodating when answering all my questions. I met with 4 different members from the team at my in-person interview and was able to ask any and all questions. Everyone I encountered was friendly and easy to converse with.
