First round interview was nice, had a great conversation with HR. Told me to send timings for second round interview, rejected me 3 days later because they found someone else. Wish they were more transparent.

Very kind HR person. Extremely understanding. Unfortunately the company is too small and the pay is not promising for NJ. Not a salary for someone with a four year degree.
