I applied online. I interviewed at Hospice Advantage (Lakeville, MN) in Jun 2013
Interview
thorough, asked a lot of the usual questions. You often have to interview with two or three upper management people. It's a lengthy process, and seems fairly unorganized at times. They also let you do a driving day with a current PCC so you can see what it's like. You can ask them questions too.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hospice Advantage (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2014
Interview
The process was very short; very few questions asked of my experience and background. It appeared as though they had an urgent need to fill the position and did not go through a thorough hiring process.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hospice Advantage (Green Bay, WI) in Aug 2012
Interview
Nathan was very professional and polite, we hit it off right away. Nathan explained the hiring process and the requirements. He also shared his expectations on the growth of the Green Bay office.
