Phone interview with HR, flown out for on-site panel interview with Engineering Management & HR followed by tour of plant, lunch with hiring manager & 1:1 interview with VP. Received call from HR with an offer in less than 24 hours.

On balance, it was a friendly, not stressful interview. One cocky interviewer, though who though he knew everything. That;s par for the course.
