I applied this job through recruitment day. There were around 100 applicants in the lecture hall. The interview was one (me) to 9/10 (one hr + 8/9 hospital representatives). First, HR let me described myself within 1 minute. After that, both parties were SLIENT in 1 minutes. Then one representative asked me suitable for this job because I worked commercial field before and I have never worked HA previous. And I asked that representative working hours. Last, HR told me to leave. The whole interview procedure was within 4 minutes.

It was an individual interview with a panel of 4, including the HR. Only two of them were asking problems or replying questions, while the other two should act as advisors for technical review. Questions risen were related to your provided working experience. The interview was time limiting and set under pressure.
