very easy. Just turn up for a training day and update host profile to go live and begin booking shifts. There is a brief interview on waitressing background but no experience is necessary.
Quick and simple training. No interview questions just background screening. They teach you the basics that you can apply to any situation. How to hold a plate and interact with guests

in a group of about 20, were told all about it and then he showed us how to pick up plates and carry them and we all tried at the same time so it wasnt v much pressure then you got the account opened
