Interview
Easy and short application but a somewhat length follow-up in which you choose 5 contacts that they will email a questionnaire about you to. It can be difficult to find 5 people that meet their requirement as well as are reliable on completing the questionnaire in a timely manner. Once I arrived at the interview I was directed to wait for HR to come and bring me to their office. I waited about 40 minutes before she showed up. About every 10-15 a front desk agent would come over and say that they were on their way.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hotel Phillips (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2009
Interview
After I submitted my application, it took two days for HR to get back to me to set up an interview. My first interview was with the Front Office Manager, and the questions were all behavioral based. I had previous experience working in hotels, so I had no problem answering each. Then I had an interview with the General Manager, it included just some basic questions about my background. Then the HR director extended an offer for 11.50/hr, and I accepted.
