Interview
The interviewer seemed very uninterested from the beginning of the video call. It was very obvious that they were uninterested because my name was pronounced incorrectly the entire interview. I even asked the interviewer how they pronounced their name to ensure I was saying it correctly.

Interview
The interview process at HotelPro is amazing because they give you the opportunity to truly see what they do and take a real interest in you as a person to determine if you're a good fit. While the interview may be longer than at other companies, I actually prefer it this way. From my experience, companies with shorter interviews don’t give you enough time to really understand what you're getting into, which can be a bad experience. But not here. HotelPro gives you the chance to talk with different people and see firsthand what they do. I think it’s genius, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into ensuring they get the right talent.

Question 1
The two questions that I think were very insightful were: how I handled difficult situations with my staff, and the other one was, what is the one thing I enjoyed the most in any of my previous jobs?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HotelPro Staffing (Smyrna, GA) in Jan 2023
Interview
I submitted my resume through Glassdoor and was still asked to send copies of it multiple times. It started with the initial phone screen, a teams meeting, and another in person interview with activities, and there was another round or two but I never received any further information (be prepared to waste a lot of time). A lot of personal questions were asked which really didn't have anything to do with the role, they wanted someone willing to take on any task and have that "family" mentality, they mentioned a relatively high turnover rate on their HR specialists.
