I applied online. I interviewed at Hotwire Global (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied online via their website and received an email a few days later inviting me for a phone interview. A week later had a second interview via Zoom. About another week later I had an in person interview at their Minneapolis office with 2 current employees. That went well and I was invited to complete a candidate writing prompt. From there I had one more interview via phone. After about a week I reached out and learned they offered the position to another candidate.

Question 1
What previous experience would set you up for success at this company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hotwire Global in Jun 2023
Interview
It was pretty relaxed, screening call, then interviews with the greater team. There was a presentation that I had to do but they give you the prompts for it and I went in to present. It was not a stressful process at all

Tell us about a time you ran into conflict and how you fixed it
I applied online. I interviewed at Hotwire Global (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Tell me about yourself. What is something successful you've done in your recent role? What's a challenge you have faced and overcome? I originally applied for a different position, and they decided the account coordinator role would be more suitable for me. At first, I thought the process was reasonable, considering they are a global agency, although it was a two-month process. I made it to the final round of interviews, and that's when they asked for my references. They told my contacts they were about to make me an offer. Then I heard nothing from the recruiter. I tried to follow up a couple of times, and no response. I got an automated rejection email soon after. And when I tried to get feedback, I still got no response. I've been through plenty of interviews before, but I think they could have directly emailed me instead of automation since the process took a couple of months and we had developed a connection. I would not go through the interview process again with them. Hopefully, they treat their candidates better now.
