Had a screening call with recruiter, was good basic. Then spoke with a director on a 30 minute zoom. He asked me about my experiences, why HL, what are my career goals. I thought it went well, but got rejected after.

Interview
First round involved a behavioral/fit interview with Associate on the team; very conversational which started with introductions before discussing deal experience and leaving room at the end to answer any questions

round 1 then round 2 then third round all with diff people and case studies and HR WAS GOOD. very helpful interview difficulty was decent and ya process was smooth
