Interview
I met with the Creative Director repeatedly about my interest in the position. They knew who I was and were interested in bringing me on board. We meet over a month and a half gauging my general interest, the type of position I'd be interested in and long term goals and plans.

There weren't formal interview questions but general conversation about my background and interest. They knew who I was.
