Interview
My experience consisted of a 10 minute introduction online, which was an interesting format. It was more like an opportunity to pitch than a standard question/answer interview. Overall though, the energy, positivity and enthusiasm that I gave to this interview was not reciprocated. It felt slightly stand-offish and uninterested from the side of the interviewer. I was told I would hear back the following week, but I heard nothing. I politely followed up with the original staff member who invited me to interview, and my emails were completely ignored. Sadly it slightly damaged my view of a company that I’d previously respected greatly.

Interview
Via Teams, was very directive and to the point. Standard questions but didn't feel the energy from the interviewer. Chased for feedback for al least 3 weeks via email and phone. There was no urgency and overall it was a very cold experience.
