Phone interview followed by a zoom interview about a week later. Everyone I talked to seemed very nice. The interview was pretty straight forward. I was on Glassdoor before the interview to learn about the company and read reviews and noticed a lot of people saying they were ghosted after their interview. I thought surely they would have addressed this issue since they commented back on some of the reviews, but sure enough, I got ghosted. No email, phone call, nothing. Surely they can take a couple minutes and even just send a form email so they don't leave people wondering. It's unprofessional and rude. Especially, when they tell you they will be in touch.
