Prescreening location was by the NRG, don’t be overwhelmed. They are interviewing for all locations. If you moved to the next round, you will know right away, and the following week there’s going to be group panel interview. It can range from 3-6 people.

Interview
I attended an in-person pre-screening followed by a second interview virtually with the unit. First screening was 15 while the second interview was 20. The prescreening was for multiple Houston Methodist locations with each unit depending on the availability at the time.

Depending on the unit, they will ask you a scenario and how you would react in that situation
It was hiring events for new grads with different tables for all the locations. It required application and schedule prior. The whole process is easy to navigate through. 15 minutes interview with all the basic questions.

Online application open for one week with standard things like resume and location/ unit preferences. Took a few weeks before they reached out for pre-screening and then another few weeks before they scheduled interviews.
