I applied for a new grad position and received 2 interviews back to back 3 weeks later. I felt very comfortable with each interview. A lot of questions each interview was about 20-30 minutes long.

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
