I am a New Grad RN. The questions were harder than any other interviews I had. They asked about rules and policies, and the usual why this hospital, why this unit.
fair, really fast response after "Thank you so much for the offer — I’m really excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team and work on [specific aspect you’re excited about].”

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
