The interview process at Houston Methodist was quick and straightforward. I interviewed with the nurse manager for one of the med-surg units, and the conversation lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work for Houston Methodist. About a week later, I received an email and a call for a job offer. It is important to be familiar with the ICARE values.
