First and second interview questions on getting to know me (Tell me about yourself) how I would manage conflict in a team and up to leadership and competing priorities. It was hard to gauge whether or not I was doing well or not but maybe I didn't since one of the interviews on the second round said my answer was "just fine". It seemed like they run pretty lean and I could feel the stress coming from them. It took almost 2 months to get another interview to round two as it seemed like the new hospital in Katy is taking much a lot of time.
Asked some questions and their answer right now reflect these needs: seems like you need be extremely proactive and act almost autonomously which is great if you want to do operations and driving programs with stakeholders and good attention to detail. I was not given a salary but it seemed like a great early to mid experience level to be better at handling higher pressure. I don't know when to expect an answer.
